[MUT] missing content - pre-order bonus

Never got the pack for the Moss or Sanders in MUT [EDIT: modified thread title to improve clarity and visibility]

    Apologies for the delayed reply on this. 

    If you're still not seeing those pre-order bonuses I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. I'm afraid this isn't something we'd be able to help with here on Answers HQ.

@EA_Kent I finally got my MVP content! I had to download the xbox one version of the game as well and merge the content. Tech team evidently wasn't aware of the reason/path. I tweeted at the other EA entity's to relay the message, and maybe save some headaches all around. ✌

@coleboy1979 Although, I didn't get Sanders/Moss. I was hoping for that in the MVP version.😉

    @coleboy1979 Glad you finally got your packs. I understand downloading the Xbox x version as well. Can you elaborate what you did after that to merge the accounts?
