[MUT] missing content - pre-order bonus

Never got the pack for the Moss or Sanders in MUT

    Apologies for the delayed reply on this. 

    If you're still not seeing those pre-order bonuses I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. I'm afraid this isn't something we'd be able to help with here on Answers HQ. 

    For more info on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead. Thanks!

    I pre-ordered Madden 22 from Amazon but I never received any of the pre-order bonuses: the Tom Brady capsule item and the choice of 1 / 32 stars for Madden Ultimate Team.

    I contacted Amazon about this and they had no idea what I was talking about.  I thought there was a promo code or something I was supposed to get?

    How do I get my pre-order bonuses?

    From the link, it appears that I'm supposed to receive a single use code to redeem my bonuses.  However, I never received said code.

    How do I get one?  Can EA give me one?
