[MUT] missing content - rookie premiere

Missing rookie premier content, can I get any help with this? I’m on PS5  [EDIT: modified thread title to improve clarity/visibility]

    If you still aren't seeing the level 10 reward, please reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. I'm afraid that missing content isn't something we can help with here on Answers HQ. 

    You can find more info on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

I did almost all of the rookie premier sets in Madden 21, and I haven't received my tokens yet. I did get an Xbox, and bought madden 22 on there. However I did the sets on PS4 in madden 21. I signed into my EA account, and I haven't gotten my tokens. I got my loyalty packs though. How do I get them?
