MUT missing from menu
Madden Ultimate team missing from main menu.
I just bought the game 6 days ago and have been playing it every day since the 17th of March. I was playing it as recently as this morning. I went to log in to run some challenges and the MUT option is GONE from the main screen, when I click on the “ultimate legends” ad on the left side it says “ error: you don’t have access to this section.”
I have checked multiple times with the contact us people and they informed me that there is no ban or suspension on the account (which would be crazy since I JUST bought the game).
They said I needed to reach out here?
I am still getting notifications that items that I had listen on the auction house are selling, but I am not able to actually open MUT…
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I'm currently banned too, and MUT not showing up means you are either permanently banned from mut or its a temporary suspension, but check your ban history at https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/ and filing a case, which then they will investigate the ban and perform the necessary actions. But you'll have to wait, up to a month, but it's the only way to know why and what you got banned for so you are more careful. also its the only way to have a chance to get mut back.
