What do you expect to see? I want my 10 in coin and the pack I did receive for level 13 as well

Hey everyone. I completed my weekly objectives and haven’t received my 10k xp or my coins for it. As well as the pack for level 13 I contacted ea help and was told to post it here. They said if it affects enough people they will look into it. While I certainly don’t want this happening to you…..I would like my xp. Please share horror stories
