@EA_Kent went through the entire process yesterday with ea help (because this issue occurs 100% of the time in my experience). They told me to get screenshots because you can’t track any other rewards given to players other than packs. Ea help will blankly say that without photographic evidence that you completed a season in legend division you cannot receive a touchdown pack. More so just hope this issue is on your radar now and that the development team can start working on a fix.
