[MUT] missing rewards: Amazon Prime Gaming

    @SavageMonkeyy are your rewards still missing? usually, rewards granted from other sources take some time till they show up in MUT because the information has to be passed through the systems.

    furthermore, the rewards most often need to be triggered to show up. This might happen by completing one more game or restarting the game (or newly logging in).

    If your rewards are still missing: did you have a look at your item binder? sometimes rewards and content go directly there without notice (sorting by 'newest' might be helpful to find them if the content is there).

    if that does not work either, you might have to contact EA Help (see contact details below). they should be able to solve this issue for you since they can track your account.
