For some reason I am not getting my rewards when I level up

Yeah this is crazy smh it's like playing mut for nothing
Same with me I’m level 12 and says I only completed up to level 6 and EA support said they couldn’t do nothing
This is also happening to me. Im at mut level 20 and it says that I only completed to level 11.
They told me “our servers are updating or experiencing an outage” and to contact them later.
Is there still an ongoing investigation into MUT Rewards? I did get my loyalty rewards but ff I sign into MUT rewards and look at M22 I have 0 packs opened (obviously not correct) so I have no doubt I'm going to get the wrong (or none) monthly rewards once those start rolling out.
I’m doing all my solos in MUT and receiving none of the rewards or challenge progress I am supposed to be making
not getting any rewards when leveling up or progress towards daily, weekly, season, and Kam Chancellor challenges. Everything is where it was at before I started playing today
On the Tryrone smith challenge under superstars-40 yards and a td on 1 drive. I do that, but I"m never credited with max stars.
Been playing for 4 hours and haven’t gotten any rewards or progress towards my challenges, kam chancellor, etc
I’ve been getting xp towards leveling up but when I finish challenges I get no rewards☹️
