@jaheembritt1323 It is so annoying because I don’t spend money on the game and I need all the free players and packs that I can get.

    @willmarks11 Has your issue been resolved? I’ve been having the same issue for about two weeks now. I contacted EA SPORTS, but EA wasn’t that much help and problem still exists.
