[MUT] missing rewards from Solo Challenges and Leveling Up

For some reason I am not getting my rewards when I level up

Same with me I’m level 12 and says I only completed up to level 6 and EA support said they couldn’t do nothing

    This is also happening to me. Im at mut level 20 and it says that I only completed to level 11.

      @JMVP108 Yeah I haven’t seen any YouTube videos or anything about so I thought I was the only person.

        Hey, MUT players.

        If you're leveling your MUT level up and not receiving rewards after power cycling your console and 24 hours has passed please let us know the following details below so we can forward your details to the team for investigation. 

        • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
        • Platform you play on
        • MUT Level you didn't get a reward for
        • What reward(s) are you missing
        • When did you level up? (Accurate would be great but if you don't know try to guess the closest date/time you leveled up)

    They told me “our servers are updating or experiencing an outage” and to contact them later.

      Is there still an ongoing investigation into MUT Rewards? I did get my loyalty rewards but ff I sign into MUT rewards and look at M22 I have 0 packs opened (obviously not correct) so I have no doubt I'm going to get the wrong (or none) monthly rewards once those start rolling out.
