[MUT] missing rewards from Solo Challenges and Leveling Up

This is also happening to me. Im at mut level 20 and it says that I only completed to level 11.

@JMVP108 Yeah I haven’t seen any YouTube videos or anything about so I thought I was the only person.

    Hey, MUT players.

    If you're leveling your MUT level up and not receiving rewards after power cycling your console and 24 hours has passed please let us know the following details below so we can forward your details to the team for investigation. 

    • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
    • Platform you play on
    • MUT Level you didn't get a reward for
    • What reward(s) are you missing
    • When did you level up? (Accurate would be great but if you don't know try to guess the closest date/time you leveled up)

      My Xbox gamertag is AllstarJay15. I play on the Xbox Series S. I am currently MUT Level 22 and haven't received any rewards from MUT Level 12 and up. I am also not getting any progress on my Kam Chancellor and daily and weekly objectives. The time I leveled up and stopped receiving my rewards was around August 22, 2021. I hope you guys can help with this problem and prevent this from happening to anybody in the future. Thanks for your help.

      @EA_BlueberryMy gametag is impatchmadex xbox series s I stop leveling up on level 9 I'm on level 15 I'm also not getting any progress for my kam chancellor I stop leveling up on the August 19 2021 I didn't get my rewards from 10 to 15 also not getting any progress for any challenge

      2) PS5
      3) MUT levels 9, 10, 11 and any XP earned from missions (not possible to track). Plus any other Madden Rank Reward for Cred/Rep as those have not been progressing either…
      4) 1x 70+ Gold Team Fantasy Pack, 1x 86 OVR NAT Rookie Premiere Fantasy Pack, 1x Common Strategy Item. Plus any other Madden Rank Reward for Cred/Rep as those have not been progressing either…
      5) leveled up last week and this weekend. Had to quit playing for like 5 days because there’s no point if not gaining rewards…

      Hopefully we will be compensated for this as it has caused up to be 2 weeks behind everyone else and not be able to compete competitively…
