[MUT] missing rewards from Solo Challenges and Leveling Up

My PSN is MileHighNik and I'm playing on PS4. 

I just completed level 10 and I have not received my reward for level 9 or level 10.  Not sure when I hit level 9 but I passed level 10 late night on August 29th. 

I also have not be accruing my daily goals, weekly goals, or anything associated with Ultimate Champion. 

Also, when I pull up my madden profile and slide over to the objectives tab on that I receive the following message:  "Unable to retrieve your objectives progression information from EA Servers at this time.  Please try again later." 

So essentially everything except my coin balance has stopped progressing, and my coin balance is still missing all of the 'achievements'. 

Also I have completed all of the Legends challenges but I only received the first NAT player, and I have completed the Flashbacks challenges but I have not received any PUP pack from that.
