[MUT] missing rewards: Team Affinity Fantasy pack (NAT 84 OVR Team Builder)

Summarize your bug I finished the team affinity missions and did not receive my 84 rated fantasy pack.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Finishing the team affinity missions.
What happens when the bug occurs? The pack does not appear and will not be in the unopened packs.
What do you expect to see? My pack given to me.

What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? Unknown.

Hi, MUT Community!

The team reviewed these cases and were able to verify the rewards were either claimed or the requirements were not met. We recommend visiting the Challenges tab at the main MUT menu and go through the requirements to verify you have completed all necessary challenges/stars.

We have seen some cases in the past where rewards can be slightly delayed. You may need to play another Solo or wait up to 24 hours to see if the progress is registered through the servers. Restarting your game can help register progress and push rewards to your account too.

If you're missing any rewards after 24 hours since completion, please contact our Support team below so they can verify completion prior to granting your content.

@elgoozi did you already complete one more game? sometimes missing rewards are triggered by completing one more game after finishing a mission.

my second guess: did you already have a look at your item binder? sometimes rewards and content go there directly without notice.

If neither of these approaches work, you might have to contact EA Help (see contact details below). they are able to track your account and hopefully will grant you the missing rewards if it is missing due to a bug.

please someone help me. My madden next gen will not work, it will not let me do any solo challenges, or let me play superstar ko, or give me the 84 team builders free fantasy pack that i had done all of the challenges for. please help

I didn’t get my team affinity fantasy pack. Contacted EA support on Aug 17. Still no pack. When will we get this?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the mission objective for NAT 84 OVR Team Builder Player in a solo and you will not receive the reward.
What happens when the bug occurs? You do not get a pop-up that you received the rewards, but when you go to the missions tab everything is completed 100%.
What do you expect to see? I expect to receive a NAT 84 OVR Team Builder Player

I called EA Support 4 times and no one could help me. They all said wait it may come it never came. Then finally they said just post it on ea forums and hope they can fix it because they can not fix it on their end.

@MrRookie101 did you already complete one more game afterwards? doing that often triggers missing rewards.

if that does not work, my suggestion would have been to contact EA Help. Since you already did that, .... ☹️

Hi, MUT players.

We've seen this bug appear in the past and like what @Neo_Novalis mentioned, if you play another Solo Challenge it can help push the reward through to your account. If you have a lot of packs that need to be opened, it's possible it's not showing up until you start opening up packs (This is if you have 25+ packs for example).

If you are still missing your Team Affinity Fantasy Pack after 24 hours from completing the requirements, attempting another Solo Challenge, and verifying in your Item Binder it's not there please respond with the details below so we can pass it along to the team for investigation:

Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID

Platform you play on

Date & Time when you completed the last challenge to earn the reward
