[MUT] MUT Rewards pack count not updating

I am having the same issue. My pack count says 0. I am using the PC version of Madden 22. I downloaded Madden 21 and opened a few packs and it says 3 opened. I have completed nearly every challenge and opened all the packs, plus converted cards to new packs 100's of times as well.

Summarize your bug i have opened about 300+ MUT packs and not one has registered on MUT rewards program. I dont know if i have missed rewards but i am assuming that i have. what is going on, why is my mut rewards open packs count not updating.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look at my mut rewards for madden nfl 22 and you will see that i have 0
What happens when the bug occurs? i earn or buy a pack, open it and it does not update on the mut rewards page.
What do you expect to see? i expect to see my mut rewards open pack count update

this is a screen shoot of my mut rewards opened pack count. it is zero even though i have opened 300+ packs.

I've opened a lot of packs and it says i have opened 0 packs. I just recently checked and in game it shows my account and takes me to the mutreward page. I've noticed however that when i go to the main menu>Settings> EA Account the email area is blacked out and doesnt let me type anything.

I've been a mut reaward member for a long time and haven't had a issue like this. I went to check and see how many packs I've opened this year to find that it says 0. I opened easily over 450 packs and it says I haven't opened any, why is it doing this?

I've got in touch with the EA help team twice who have raised a service ticket  to open a case and then closed it on the same 'call'. They have said that they know there's an issue (sounds familiar....) and they are 'working on it'. It's must be such a simple issue to resolve but obviously resources are being pointed at other areas of Madden that have game-breaking / console crashing bugs. As others have said, no amount of effort in / out of the game has resolved and in Madden itself, the option to enter your email address is blacked out? I sincerely hope that once this bug does get fixed, and I'm not holding my breath, that all affected users pack counts are stored somewhere and these can be pushed through so that loyal players get the rewards that they are entitled to. A lot of this year's bugs have ruined my enjoyment of the game but this one probably more so than any other as it is in effect EA sticking two fingers up to their loyal MUT players. I really enjoy getting the loyalty packs come through accompanying new solo launches that my hard work has earned and I really feel devalued now that we aren't receiving them. It really feels like being kicked when you're already down ☹️

I don't feel that this issue is fixed appropriately so please keep this thread open and 'unsolved' until the issue is fixed. Thanks

I've had the same issue. Contacted EA and they said they could see I have opened lots of packs but it still shows 0

@EA_Kent As an example please see case reference #89003837. No matter how many times I reopen the case, the agents say that they can't do anything directly to resolve, and that it's an issue that's affecting a number of users, EA is aware etc. And then they close the case. How difficult can it be to link the game to the rewards. It's run and managed by EA after all, not a third party like Twitch. As others have said, it looks like the issue involves a greyed out field in the Settings>EA Account screen. The email address field is greyed out and nothing can be entered. It's useless to continue to contact EA Help as they can't or won't help. Any further ideas EA Kent?

And weirdly (as others have said), if you open Madden 21 and open a pack, the pack count updates on the MUT Loyalty Status website...so the mechanics behind the game updating the pack count obviously work, it's just another broken element of Madden 22. With all the issues across all the game modes and platforms, I'm really struggling to think of a so called `AAA` game that has been released with such a large amount of work required to even bring it up to a level that some might consider Early Access even. EA will only be able to rely on the good will of it's players for so long...
