[MUT] notification lists are empty (but red dots are shown)

Menu visual issues:

1. can’t use RS to move lists up or down in MUT

2. words are cut off as if there is a pop up over top of them in MUT menus

3. 0/16 completed on tasks that are finished

4. some tasks have to actually go into the mission for it to count completed tasks

5. Notification not showing up at all but have red dots

any of these reported or have fixes? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.
