MUT Rewards - Showing "0 Packs opened"
My MUTRewards continue to show 0 packs even though I've opened over 250 packs. I've tried several browsers and all of them continue to say the same thing. Thank you for looking into the issue.

Has this been resolved? I've opened many packs and it says 0 packs opened for me as well. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

If you have not already, please post your platform (PS3,360,X1 or PS4) and your country. So far it seems like the players seeing this issue are PS3 users outside of the US.

I am in Canada and I am on the PS4
PS3 usa. After 10 calls to ea and hours of jacking around with complete useless morons. They told me that I had to have played madden 15 on the same account as my madden 16 in order for my madden 16 packs to count. This is not a rule written down anywhere and they verified that for me. But that's the reasoning I was given.- Ps4 holland

- I have a PS4 & I Iive in West Palm Beach, Florida , Playing madden 17 & I've opened over 260 packs , it shows online on EA.com my updated pack count but not on my game console.
