was so excited today when I received a code from ea. I then tried to enter it and it came back that it was already entered. I contact the ea support and they tell me its not there issue and to contact the playstation network. they tell me the code hasn't been redeemed but I need to get a hold of the game developer to fix the issue. so basically after 4 hrs of dealing with support people that cant or wont help ive given up trying. my question is how do I get my preorder version of madden refunded?

I´ve the same issue! On my ps4 System it says Code has already used on my PC it says: Code is not for your Region.... (i´m from Germany) so after i contacted the support, the only Thing i can do is waiting….

On PS4, players who purchase the HOF Edition will be able to play on August 7th, Standard Edition players will be able to play on August 10th.

I don’t think you understand the question... we were sent an early access code to play the game but PSN says the code has already been used.. how do we enter the code to play the game if it says it’s been used?

i recieved a mut reward code to play now in my email for being a valued customer and the code is saying it has been already used i contacted ea and all im getting is we are investigating the problem so basically i get a reward to play early and i cant can you help please thank you my email it was sent to was [edit: email address removed]

nope i have called ea twice already in 3 days about my code not working they keep giving me the we are investigating bs so i just told them you can take my money but when you screw up you do nothing thats very unprofessional and disrespectful and i will no longer put any money into this game.

I have a code on my HOF edition as well from the small insert tha came inside the case of my ps4 game. Says it’s invalid when I enter it on PS store. Wasn’t this the reason why we purchased the HOF edition, for early access and to get our bonus content? Please fix ASAP.
