MUT Seasons. Buttons stop working

Your loyal customer have been dealing with this issue since the game was released this is very unacceptable for EA Sports. What is the reason behind this? Please let us ALL know.
- And it's not the controller or anything connected to USB. It's a game issue. Please reply so we can all get a clear understanding of what is going on and how to fix it

they need to give out refunds or something....this still happens and repeatedly/consecutively.

Yea they should pay back the 9K it costs to get into a ranked draft at least.
