Summarize your bug Every week it is something with this platform. Last week my game froze giving me a DNF. This week I got 2 more DNFs both games were completed. After the game was over I am kicked out back to the initial Madden Home Screen. When I check my solo battle score I am given zero points. The sole purpose of playing solo challenges is to reap the rewards, but I can’t if you keep doing this to me.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give me my points back for starters. Give me a pack for my trouble. Ensure the DNF is reporting accurately when a person obviously finishes the game. Check your server you will see the games were finished
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicked to Home Screen and given a dnf in solo battles
What do you expect to see? Fix the problem I have spent a few thousand dollars on players I would like to be able to use them and not get these dnfs

Summarize your bug I was doing campaign and I was on divisional playoffs against the Raiders. I finished the whole game, I won, and I got the 2 bonus stars. It said I got 5 stars which was the max. Then I got a pop up saying I disconnected from EA servers. I got back on and it sand I didn't do the challenge. I don't want to do this long tedious challenge again.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At the ending of a challenge disconnect from EA servers and there's a chance it cancels all progress on the challenge.
What happens when the bug occurs? Lose progress on the challenge.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see this fixed and for me to have that challenge completed with 5 stars and to have all the rewards it would have given me.

I didn't get any screenshots of it happening.
a dnf usually means that you get a disconnect at some point during the game. no one understands why @ea has to torment us and the dnf comes only after the end of the game.
- @satfreaktom264 this is inaccurate.... I just received a DNF when Madden randomly crashed as I started a Solo Battle. Hadn't even got to the kickoff.... It was my last game of the week and now I am pretty sure I just got screwed out of the points.

Summarize your bug I just completed a Solo Challenge & have a screen recording of the final score, with stats. It kicked me to the title screen & showed a "DNF" with no score. I need this to be corrected & given my correct score as I worked hard retrieve those stats. I need someone from EA to contact me thru email about this as soon as this is seen.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I can submit my recording I took after the game to show proof of what my scores & stats were. And how it shows instead a "DNF"
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicks you out to the main menu with all scores & stats erased.
What do you expect to see? I want my scores added properly & some kind of compensation for having to take time out to fill out this form for an issue that EA has still had after all these years.

Could not add the video proof as the file was "Too Large"
Happened yesterday to me. Didn’t need many Solo Battle points to get 250k points. Won the 13th game on Legend level. Game had finished. Selected the leave game option and my reward for this is a DNF..
Wasn’t internet loss, just EA’s poor architecture.
