[MUT] Solo Battle game was rated as DNF

This week I have won 2 solo battles and then I got kicked out of the mut screens and it is showing as dnf despite me viewing the post game stats.
Happened once last week. This is my main source of free points, very frustrating and getting in the way of my enjoyment. Almost certainly will have cost me 50k plus.

Let's see what we can do to keep you connected going forward so you can have more opportunities at better rewards. We are not able to grant any points or rewards for these cases, but if you're up to troubleshoot connectivity and console hardware to see if we can avoid disconnections going forward we'd be more than happy to help. A lot of times the disconnections can take place when results are transferred back and forth from the servers. Although connection speed is important, it usually happens when there is too much packet loss. It's important to make sure your connection to the servers is refreshed when you start to experience problems like this because there could be an underlining issue with the handshake with the servers. Rebooting your modem/router is a great first step in correcting this before diving into more advanced troubleshooting.

I've also experienced this issue. Last week it was posted game DNF. Today it was mid game. Game shuts down entirely and kicks me out to console home screen.

It has happened to me twice (now 4 total times) on xbox series x. Both times I was winning by double digits in the 4th. There should be a threshold on the time spent playing the game you get a min. Battle score. I can't get top tier anymore this week bc I got two DNFs. Getting a 0 is just a killer.
I still think there should be a way to rejoin a game like a quick resume as long as you try and hop right back on.
Earlier in the year I missed an entire week of solo battles due to the list simply not being there. I contacted support 3 times and each time they had me do the exact same thing and said it was passed along to thier supervisor. It is frustrating when told to reach out to support and the do nothing for you at all. I was once called a liar for reporting missing content that never appeared on my account in madden 20 (never forget that).The game used to do "make it rights" instead they made the rewards worse from madden 21 and the disconnects happen far more often.
