[MUT] Solo Battle game was rated as DNF

Midplay during a solo battle the application freezes and automatically closes out. Playing on the Xbox series x and didn’t experience a connection issue, only the application closed. Caused a dnf and zero points received for the game.

I played the squad battle all the way through and got to the advance page at the end of the game and it said my connection was lost and I had it as a DNF on my squad battle page, soooo discouraging!

I got a problem with my solos battles & I got glitch out of them it was on Monday on the 6th

Im getting the, our servers cannont process your request. Ive lost out on alot of rewards through Solo battles. It has happened to me multiple times and ive been patient. But as someone whose spends 1000+ a year on MUT, im getting extremely annoyed. Ive already been screwed out of so many rewards due to various bugs. I hope that someone there can make this right. Ive supported EA for well over a Decade.

So I have no idea why this keeps happening to me. I have gone to EA help 3 times on Twitter and have gotten no helpful response yet and I’m just about done playing the game if I can’t find a fix for this. I play on PS5 for reference

I can play every game mode just fine. I can play everything in MUT with no issues or errors EXCEPT for solo battles. Every week, I load up my first solo battle of the week and immediately once the game starts my madden game literally shows a gray screen and says I have an error and to send/report the error. This obviously causes me to get a DNF and has stolen top 100 rewards from me in solo battles FOUR STRAIGHT WEEKS. It’s infuriating and I’m praying someone here has come across a fix for this…..thanks

Playing solo battle first game last night and at haltime after "halftime adjustment" the game went to a blue screen with two boxes waiting for players to ready up, it allowed me to back out and game resumed in 3rd quarter.  Finished the game properly and was kicked to main title menu with a lost connection error message.  The game did not count toward progress in solo battles.  This is not the first time this has happened it is only the first time I am reporting it.  I think this far in the game should be working properly.  For reference this is the only title I am having this problem with.  Other games playing fine with no connectivity issues.  PS5 connected directly to the router on the Ethernet port.  

Hopeful that someone will not only fix the problem but make this right, getting tired of losing out on rewards in game/

My xbox series X crashes constantly with madden 22 and only it is the only game that happens on.  Today it crashed while doing a solo battle and it gave me a DNF.  Is there a way that can be reset so I can get the points for it?
