[MUT] Solo Battle game was rated as DNF

Hi guys, In single player battle mode, in the 5th game, at 14-14 against the virtual Browns team level 76, just before the overtime draw, the screen goes black but I still hear the sound of the stadium. Impossible to do anything in the game. I had to do ALT F4 to quit and of course I have 0 points. In all the matches I went through hell, instant gamepad disconnections and reconnections but which cut off the gameplay. Pause menus without actions on my part on the button originally defined. The end was cruel.

EA help on twitter advised me today to put my message in the BUG section. Please put my message if possible in the right section, I do not have the possibility to select the drop-down menus in this area, my browser maybe or whatever. Thank you.

This is why I stopped playing last year ( SB bugs, glitches, server issues ). And here we are, day 2 and it's starting all over again. Deja Vu.

I'm the 3rd quarter of the Solo Battles game vs the Browns team. After getting a false start my players then huddle up and stand in a circle and the game just stays like that. No responses to button presses. Even after pausing the game, it was still like that.

Summarize your bug After completing one solo battle, I jumped into the next and the game crashed. As I logged back in to the game, I was greeted with the inevitable DNF that plagued all of last year's game when it came to solo battles. That is the reason I stopped playing your game last year. It takes far too much time to get top 10 rewards and for those rewards to be stripped from you due to an error on the company's side is unacceptable. I was hoping when you guys stopped releasing content so early last year that you would use that time to work on this year's game. To my surprise, this doesn't appear to have taken place as I was greeted with same exact problem that we informed you of time and time again last year. How is it that I have already soured on your game when it is only days old?
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The first step would be to test the game before you release it. It seems as if we are your guinea pigs and when we give the same reports over and over again, they are constantly ignored and met with the same exact cookie-cutter responses. I am getting tired of running around on this wheel that you have placed in front of me. I spent over $100 to be disappointed yet again. Stop taking advantage of our time and put out a consistent product for once. Had I kept pace with my initial score for the week, I would be currently sitting in 3rd place on the PS5 leader board for solo battles. Now, I will only get the first reward because I refuse to waste more of time on this mode this week. Such a shame to have my time devalued once again.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen goes grey, it kicks you to the home screen, and I log back in and see that ever so prevalent DNF and begin raging. It is at this moment where I envision myself as certain characters from classical literature. You know the ones that hide their true selves behind foil characters and use wallpaper as a cover-up for true insanity? But I digress. I then use that anger to type up a report on these very forums to which I know nothing will be done for my lost time. I just do it to allow the rage to seep from my fingertips with one slight iota of hope that this game will no longer leave a bitter taste in my mouth when I hear the word "football." Was that descriptive enough? I could keep going but I fear I would have to start filtering myself.
What do you expect to see? Oh, this should be fun. I expect to own a complete and consistent product upon release. I expect to be heard. I expect to see results as this issue has been a common occurrence across this mode for years. I expect to see some sort of fix on your end when these disconnects happen, especially when they're due to your programming. I expect to not have to come to these boards and type the same exact report for whenever I choose to play another edition of Madden. I expect to come across one of the previously mentioned cookie-cutter responses. Crossing my fingers to not come across that last one. I expect for my time to not be taken advantage of. I expect to not have paranoia swim through my veins as I play a solo battle. I suppose you could say that I expect to be able to sing my own rendition of "Hakuna Matata" as I play the one mode I used to truly enjoy. But hey, they're just expectations, right? I would be colored surprised if you could meet one of those.

Solo Battles still disconnect.

Hey @Hurykain generally if a game is crashing this is a system issue. Do you see an error message of any kind when this occurs? What happens when the game is crashing?

Summarize your bug Not the solo challenges but the Solo Battles mode, when loading into the Solo Battle match the game kicks me back to the Xbox Dashboard home screen resulting in a DNF. This same issue started happening in Madden 21 around April.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Happens when I startup and go directly into a Solo Battle, not a random challenge.
What happens when the bug occurs? When loading into Solo Battle match it kicks player back to Xbox Dashboard home screen resulting in a DNF
What do you expect to see? ?? I expect to load into the match and not get a DNF. I would like to see the DNF be removed if you do not actually quit the game by selecting concede. If there is a glitch or connection issue player should not be DNF maybe half the point reward to retry the match after an issue.

I'm going to preface this by saying that any anger that may seep through this post is not directed at you, it's simply directed at the faulty programming that has plagued a once beloved mode for years now.

With that out of the way, this is so much more than a system issue. As I experienced the same exact thing on my PS4 and have talked to numerous others about this issue and they experienced the same exact thing. Most happen to be regulars on the solo battles leaderboard. 

With that said, after completing my first solo battle, I was greeted with a grey screen right when I tried to jump into the next one. I do not recall what it said because it was at this time I contemplated deleting this game and going back to The Show after just playing your game for a week. Yes, I'm sick of the disappointment and how angry these constant bugs get me. SDS does not constantly take advantage of my time. The grey screen closed my game session and when I logged back in, I saw the dreaded DNF.

It takes over 13 hours a week to get top 10 rewards. Luckily, your game decided to only waste one hour of my time this week. In previous years, it enjoyed waiting until the last game to pull this nonsense as it would have the 13th game magically disappear. With the time it takes to ensure a top 10 placement, I'm sure you can understand the frustration.

I am tired of having a bitter taste in my mouth whenever I hear about Madden. With all the talk of keeping things fair, I have to ask, how is this fair? How is it fair to have multiple accounts receive disconnects and result in skewed leaderboards? The latter is a whole other topic as I'm sure you've seen the squads leaderboards. It appears the robots are truly taking over, but I digress.

Again, this isn't geared towards you. I appreciate your response and have the smallest sliver of hope that I can once again enjoy the game I grew up with. Unfortunately, I can't give much more of my time to a game that continues to devalue my time.

Solo battles isn’t letting me play games. It only allows me to see “my rank” and “top 100” tabs.  Is it a glitch on my Xbox, or is this happening for everyone?  If so, when will it be back up and running.
