Summarize your bug I had one more game left of solo battles to place top 25 and it locked me out and set my rank to Legend, how do I get help with this...
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Menu pops up saying summarizing rewards and sends me to main screen.
What do you expect to see? Compensation on rewards I can miss out on

you wont get help, this is like me asking them to give me credit for the losses caused by THIER freeze glitch or THIER crashing issue.

thier problems arent thiers, they are yours, you wont get help or credit. it sucks i know but thats what this company is.

    Accounts are capped FYI EA reserves consecutive top 100 spots for content creators and BIG money spenders.

    This is the 4th week I woulda made top 100 for solo battles and the game just hasn't recorded my last games score to put me there...

    Let's me play it...showed me my user skill bonuses and points... Just doesn't add them to final score.

    Honestly this community needs to just go somewhere else. EA and this terrible game, really don't deserve our business and it's becoming more and more apparent based on their terrible customer service and lack of actually caring about their customers.

      Hello

      I have the same Problem since beginning and now it begins to ...... me off! 

      At the start of the Game in Solo Battles the first Month every Week a couple of Players has 18 Games but how when u can only play 13 Games.

      Then it begins that every Sunday on the last Day it kicks me out of the Game.

      But when i lucky and can play all then it steels me my last 13 Game.

      This happen now since start of game comes out. I payed 100€ and that made no longer more fun.
