[MUT] Solo Challenges - "our servers cannot process your request at this time"

Product: Madden NFL 22
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which console generation do you have? Sony PlayStation 4
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? VM-III
Date/time issue occurred 8-17-2021
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug Anytime I try to play a solo it says our servers cannot process your request at this time.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. Some people aren’t having the same issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes and sends me to main screen.
What do you expect to see? To be able to play the game.

    Hello! I'm getting this error message since yesterday, before the patch hit. Even the patch didn't fix this, and everytime I play a full ultimate team game, I get this error message, as well as a disconnection message.

    I don't have this problem with any other game.

    I tried refreshing, exiting, deleting the game and redownloading it.

    I think the servers may be bogged down, but I would like an official report from HQ of the server status.

    If it's not a problem with the servers, then it probably my dang internet acting up, which right now, there's no quick fix for it unfortunately.

    Following. I’m having the same issue! I tried redownloading the game a couple times no matter what I do I can’t play solos. PS5 Digital for me

    So for the last 2 days I’ve been having issues connecting to the MUT server.  After no help from ea support…. I was told to wait til the end of the day smh…. Thanks to community I found a simple solution I had to share maybe it will work for you too!!!!  

    In MUT just update your roster to Best Optimal Lineup!

    So for the last 2 days I’ve been having issues connecting to the MUT server. Until I went to MUT and updated my roster to Best Optimal Lineup and then it worked for me! I’m on Xbox S btw. I hope this works for y’all too!

    Having major issues playing MUT challenges or superstar ko. Spent over $100 on a game I haven’t been able to play wth EA. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Is anyone else experiencing this same issue and if so how was yours resolved?

    Whenever I go into solos it says “Our servers cannot process your request at this this time. Try again later.” Haven’t been able to play solos since Tuesday. Chatted with the EA help guys n they said there’s nothing they can do.

    I had the same issue this worked for me….I went to MUT and updated my roster to Best Optimal Lineup. Give it a try maybe it will work for you..
