A post has been put up with steps on how to potentially fix this. If those steps do not fix it for you, we advise contacting our Support teams below for them to look at your account to determine if you have 2 personas of the same platform tied to it (ex: 2 Xbox Gamertags on 1 EA account).

- 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry Hi Blueberry see you around alot in the community, glad that you guys are so active. The link you listed did not work for my friend, nor did a hard reset. We are unable to play together because of this. Is there a fix in the making for this problem? I fear my friends just gonna quit on me before we even get started :/
