Please fix madden 21 loading screens this game wasn’t worth the money

Does it seem like this is happening when you're trying to play Squads with a particular friend, or is it just any time you're playing period?

This happens when I queue by myself, no friends to play with ☹️
- @EA_Kent For me it's any time I play squads, i tend to get stuck on the freeze screen 25% percent of the time, if not more. Sometimes even restarting the game a couple time still would not do it, i need to restart the PS4.

Do you have another PSN ID on your PS4 that you could try using to launch Madden NFL 21? If so, can you try starting up the game with that other PSN ID? I'm really curious if this same issue still happens with a different account, or if it's specific to the account you're using now.
