I appreciate the update!
If you haven't already, can you try changing the DNS on your PS4 to see if that helps at all? Sometimes that can do the trick with issues like this. To update the DNS on your console follow the steps below:
- Open up the Settings on your PS4, then go to Network. From there go to Set Up Internet Connection, and select either WiFi or LAN cable depending on what you're using.
- Select Custom > IP Address Settings (Automatic) > DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use) > DNS Settings (Manual)
- Enter the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS as 8.8.4.4 -- This is the public Google DNS, but you can use another public DNS if you prefer.
- Select Next > MTU Settings (Automatic) > Proxy Server (Do Not Use) > Test Internet Connection

I have wired connection this should not be happening I literally lost my wildcard because of this glitch it’s ridiculous and my friend and I should be compensated for how often it happens to us. This was also a glitch in madden 20 and is have everything to do with a bug in the game not our connection. Please make this one of the top priority’s because I should have my record reset because of something out my control
