MUT Squads Matchmaking/Loading Issue

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? MUT Squads
Summarize your bug When trying to find a game in MUT Squads, game goes from match-making to a loading screen, but loads indefinitely. The loading screen doesn't switch between different player screens, and when I move the analogue sticks on the controller i can feel a "rumble" like i would feel if I were navigating the menus normally.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try launching MUT Squads
What happens when the bug occurs? I have a never ending loading screen and need to force close the application from the PS4 dashboard.
What do you expect to see? N/A

    I have wired connection this should not be happening I literally lost my wildcard because of this glitch it’s ridiculous and my friend and I should be compensated for how often it happens to us. This was also a glitch in madden 20 and is have everything to do with a bug in the game not our connection. Please make this one of the top priority’s because I should have my record reset because of something out my control

    Hi @SoccerJackson12, 

    If you're running into this same issue have you had the chance to try running through the troubleshooting steps that were posted earlier in this thread? Are you getting a specific error message when this happens? If so, what is the full error you're getting?

    @EA_Kent I’ve tried everything there is to try, I restore my licenses before opening the game every time, I’ve tried changing my DNS server settings, I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it. Nothing works the game does not work, many other people are having connections issues. How is this acceptable, EA is down right robbing people!

    @EA_Kent For me it's any time I play squads, i tend to get stuck on the freeze screen 25% percent of the time, if not more. Sometimes even restarting the game a couple time still would not do it, i need to restart the PS4.

    @SoccerJackson12 

    Do you have another PSN ID on your PS4 that you could try using to launch Madden NFL 21? If so, can you try starting up the game with that other PSN ID? I'm really curious if this same issue still happens with a different account, or if it's specific to the account you're using now.
