[MUT, Store] "Unable to complete transaction. Previous purchase still pending."

someone PLEASE help i have not been able to buy any pack for a week when i try it says "unable to complete transaction prevoius purchase still pending please try again" i have tried calling ea over 1...

    @EA_Blueberry Psn BAGGITUP448 I play on ps5 and when I try and buy and packs it says “unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry.” And I get it everytime I try and buy and pack in the store

    @EA_Blueberry I am also having the same problem everytime I wanna buy packs in mut.
    I plays on Xbox series S. My gamertag is ztuck2012. I am getting the error message of “ unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry.”

    I’m getting this message in ultimate team when buying packs in store

    @EA_Blueberry I am getting the same error. I play on a PlayStation 5 digital edition. It says “unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry” my gamer tag is DonaldTheDuck903. I am getting this error whenever I try to purchase any pack from the store.

    I'm having the exact same issue as well. I'm on PS5 and my gamertag is christophlieber

    Every time I try to buy something, this message pops up: Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry.

    I really hope you can help me with that.

    I’m having the same issue. allstarwb. Everytime I try to buy a training roll pack it says “Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending ” please fix this, it is very frustrating. I used a lot of coins on training to pull the ltd and j can’t even roll.

    Hi I am currently experiencing the same issue on Xbox one. Every time I try to buy a pack from the store I get the same "unable to complete process.

    My gamertag is: OMWTFYBWTLAD

    Console: xbox one

    Message: unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry

    When: Every time I try to buy a pack regardless of if it's obtained with coins or points

    If this could be hastily fixed it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

      I am having this same issue since 9/28.  I made a couple trades on that day as well and wanted to ask if anyone else made trades around the same time they started experiencing the issue.

    Where: This message pops up in the Ultimate Team Store when I try to buy a pack with points, training, and even coins.
