- colden614 years agoNot applicable@EA_Blueberry Psn BAGGITUP448 I play on ps5 and when I try and buy and packs it says “unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry.” And I get it everytime I try and buy and pack in the store

I’m having the same issue. allstarwb. Everytime I try to buy a training roll pack it says “Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending ” please fix this, it is very frustrating. I used a lot of coins on training to pull the ltd and j can’t even roll.

Hi I am currently experiencing the same issue on Xbox one. Every time I try to buy a pack from the store I get the same "unable to complete process.
My gamertag is: OMWTFYBWTLAD
Console: xbox one
Message: unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry
When: Every time I try to buy a pack regardless of if it's obtained with coins or points
If this could be hastily fixed it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
