[MUT, Store] "Unable to complete transaction. Previous purchase still pending."

someone PLEASE help i have not been able to buy any pack for a week when i try it says "unable to complete transaction prevoius purchase still pending please try again" i have tried calling ea over 1...

@EA_Blueberry Psn BAGGITUP448 I play on ps5 and when I try and buy and packs it says “unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry.” And I get it everytime I try and buy and pack in the store

        Is there anyone else I can call I have done called the support team at least 20 times and they do nothing terrible coustumer support they will lie to you just to get u off the line I only came in contact with one guy who was actually helpful
