[MUT, Store] "Unable to complete transaction. Previous purchase still pending."

someone PLEASE help i have not been able to buy any pack for a week when i try it says "unable to complete transaction prevoius purchase still pending please try again" i have tried calling ea over 1...

    Is there anyone else I can call I have done called the support team at least 20 times and they do nothing terrible coustumer support they will lie to you just to get u off the line I only came in contact with one guy who was actually helpful

    @EA_Blueberry I’m having the same problem on madden 23 and still have no fixes I’ve tried everything

    @EA_BlueberryI contacted live support and they told me to come over here and report the bug. I’m getting the error also. My PSN is: Guccithehero

      I was able to fix the problem but I had to go back to old gen to open packs and I am still not able to open packs on next gen.

        @VGN0OB More details? Does the game save your progress and * on mut to old gen? If so if I open packs and receive players will those players transfer back to the Xbox series x

    I have opened cases it’s been going on for over a week now and nothing has been done. Fix your stuff EA that shouldn’t happen.
