so my friend told me about this think were i can play my friend in head to head so i was like cool so we did that for 2 seasons to help him all we did was set stuff up in game mode search we did that we match up together so how im a violating any terms of service because i just bought your ea assess for 30 dollars so please fix this

On top of that, you're going to need to try this question again. I'm sure I'm not the only one having trouble understanding what exactly your problem is that you need help with. What are you trying to do and what errors are you getting? Are you banned? The phrase you typed "so how im a violating any terms of service" makes me think you got banned and don't think it was fair.
