MUT Verification Captcha will not load and I can not play MUT (PC)

When ever I go onto MUT it loads a verification process where I must complete a captcha. It had been working fines for days but now it fails to load the captcha. I get the message: "sorry your devic...

    I have found a solution for now it seems. Make a new account on your computer, make it an administrator and run the game on that account. It will load fine

Everytime I try and load into MUT on my account I get hit with a Captcha that wont load. 

Contacted support multiple times on the issue but they havent been able to resolve it.

      I reckon hes on PC, been glitching out since yesterday, can't play the game, tried the 'solved step' in this thread, worked for about 3 hours then gltich came back

    @NicPoirier99 my solution worked for some so try. Make a new admin account on your pc and play through that

      i tried that and it worked for a little bit but then the puzzle came up again and i couldnt do it

      @Evilmadclown Ill give that a go but I feel like its unlikely to work since ive tried playing madden on like 6 different PC's so that should have solved it.
