I have found a solution for now it seems. Make a new account on your computer, make it an administrator and run the game on that account. It will load fine
I did find out this morning to have the same problem. Meanwhile I also can't complete the captcha in the iOS app because the app crashes before I can finish. This is a total mess. Will try out your solution @Evilmadclown. Can't be a permanent solution since not using the PC and iOS app simultaneously is stupid.
It seems to work - lets see how long... @FrankieKnoxx: you need to set up a second Windows account - not Origin account. Just follow this guidance:

Hey guys! Delete your temp files for Madden.
Windows key + R key
Type %temp%
Click ok
Find your Madden 21 temp folder and delete it.
Should fix the Captcha!
This is one of the steps EA had me go through. Did not fix it for me.
