MUT Weekend League Qualification Error

Summarize your bug Last week, I placed in the legend tier solo battles and was able to play in weekend league. I got both rewards on Monday and Tuesday respectively. However, this week, I was not marked as qualified for Weekend League even though that is gained through achieving legend tier. What was even more concerning is, when I spoke to an agent at EA HELP, they said they had no record of me qualifying for last weekend league nor did they show me as receiving any rewards. They said they also did not have proof that I placed in legend tier in solo battles or sent me the associated rewards which I had received on Monday. I had sent them screenshots of the prior week's leaderboard for solo battles and weekend league but they said since it was not in their system, the picture could have been fabricated (which was not the case). The agent said this is a bug and should be immediately reported on this forum. Meanwhile I am missing out on weekly and monthly rewards that help me grow my team. I have played this game for 15 years and I have never been more frustrated.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The agent was unable to identify why this was happening. I should have been qualified because I always have in the past and there was nothing that materially changed this time.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to play in weekend league and I am now missing out on my weekly and monthly rewards that I depend on to build my team
