[MUT] wrong team on the field (from another account, xbox)

I have run into a problem where i recently ran out of trial time on my account(account A), so I purchased a month of ultimate game pass on another account(account B) on my xbox. When I loaded madden on account B everything seemed fine, but when I load into any challenge i see the team from account A. IF complete the challenge i get a message saying the previous game is still being processed by EA, but the challenge never updates to show it is completed. Now account A shows account Bs team also when i go into a challenge.

    To catch anyone up that see this, removing the additional Gamertag/PSN ID from the account can help get around this error. You'll need to assign the backup account to a new email after removal.
