    When you've got the chance please reach out to the Terms of Service team so they can take a look at your account. 


    For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. The TOS team will follow up with you via email as soon as they can.

Hi, 


Since last wednesday i cant access any gamemode.(1 week ago)

The errors i get are:

  • We are currently unable to process your content, but will continue trying.
  • Your account has been denied access to this featur.

My gamertag is Kavlev NL on xbox.

PLEASE HELP.
