You have seen my errors right, those were the pictures in the message above.
I didn’t receive an email and my account isn’t banned. I have spoken to more then 10 ea employees and nobody knows.
it looks like a suspension or ban, but i didn’t get the message and didn’t do anything wrong. I used no glitches and didn’t abuse any bugs. You can check my account Kavlev NL.
I bought a game that doesn’t work and I also bought bundles. Now I think I made a mistake to buy al this *..

I cant play the game for almost 2 weeks now..

Unfortunately Blueberry, cannot looking into accounts. From the picture you sent, it appears you have been banned from the game, so you will have to file the TOS form and wait. There is no other way to contact the TOS team to get this resolved. Not by phone, not by twitter. It takes quite a while for them to either uphold or deny your appeal. Attached is a screen shot of my current case, which is still pending, last updated Feb. 16th, 2021. Good luck.
