    When you've got the chance please reach out to the Terms of Service team so they can take a look at your account. 


    For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. The TOS team will follow up with you via email as soon as they can.

@EA_Blueberry , do you have an update for my error?

I cant play the game for almost 2 weeks now..

    Unfortunately Blueberry, cannot looking into accounts.  From the picture you sent, it appears you have been banned from the game, so you will have to file the TOS form and wait. There is no other way to contact the TOS team to get this resolved.  Not by phone, not by twitter. It takes quite a while for them to either uphold or deny your appeal.  Attached is a screen shot of my current case, which is still  pending, last updated Feb. 16th, 2021.  Good luck.
