This is happening to me an unreasonable amount of times. I've screenshotted every time since it happens most of the time when I'm launching into a connected franchise game and the people in my league are getting pissed because it looks like i'm starting the game over again. So I now have 58 freakin' screenshots. This game was released a week ago.... it has crashed 58 times.
Telling me to unplug my camera and "update system software" leads me to believe you know absolutely nothing about your product or its platform.
Losing faith in EA year after year. If I didn't love football so much I'd never buy another EA game again.
I'd like to add that this ONLY happens with Madden. I'm going to try to uninstall and delete all of the associated files and just cross my fingers. I've had this console since launch and I've owned just about every release title (gamefly) and it hasn't crashed once...
Make that 59 times. Reinstall didn't change anything. Has something to do with a bug during loading process - I've read it is related to custom playbooks.
