Ahh well that is a different story. you may have a firewall on your router preventing you from downloading it. Or if you remember the roster is it possible to create one just like it?
Creator put in close to 200 hours to completely overhaul the madden rosters. I can download other files by the same creator just not this one.

Forwarded the recommended ports and EA Support just gave up on helping me find a solution and suggested I create my own roster.
