EA banned me for no reason stating something about FUT violation. I have an 8 yr old daughter that plays fifa we don’t play online, we never heard of FUT. The kicker is we got banned for Fifa 21 which we don’t have. There is an order of a trial version in Russian in my account, customer service agrees with me but they state only the TOS team can do anything. This is some sort of scam by EA. They are banning an 8 year old for no reason and she is actually very interested in the game. I am a month in and can’t get proper help. My crusade until remedied it to have as many people as possible avoid EA at all costs.
Exact same bull * happened to me, open a case and these dumb * don't even reply. This is infuriating... buy the game my ea access just renews then I'm phantom banned for never ever playing FUT... * company.
Try filing a BBB report. Seems as EA does these bans to force people to rebuy games
