my game face isnt saving

hi i am trying to upload a game face but i am having some serious problems with it. i have tried on 3 different computers now and can never do it. even though it states you can do it and its also free can you please take a look at it and email me at [edit: email address removed] many thanks

When you say its not saving, do you mean saving your custom Game Face into the EA Sports website or Saving into a game like Madden?

Hi Kyle, Same here.  I have tried 2 different computers.  Mac with the latest OS 10.11 and my girlfriends Windows 7 PC, 

Windows 7 PC got stuck after loading the "Uni Web Player"

Mac 10.11 was able to load a frount and side photo sucessfully and made it all the way to the very last stem called "Generate My Game Face" the button continues to be grayed out.

I would have given up a long time ago but I feel like Im close.

How far have you been able to get with this stupid thing?

Have you had any sucess with EA support people?

When saving are you talking about saving to the EA Sports website or into a game like madden?
