my game face wont save, how come???
when i click save, the little circle saying 'please wait' comes up, and never goes! ive been waiting for ages and nothing ☹️ please help!!

Can you try saving via the Opera browser, we have seen reports that that browser can help in this situation.

i actually got it to save after 4hrs..... i used firefox and the way i made it to save was to first go to http://www.easports.com/gameface and make sure you select your default persona, then after that http://www.easports.com/us/gameface/profile and swtich to another sport and then back to one you actually want it for.... this fixed for me and it worked for 3 of my friends who had the same issue idk what it had to do with it but it worked
