My game is stuck on crowd scenes

I completed the final plays of a game on franchise mode in super sim (on XBox 1) and after the final play, i exited out using B rather than the "exit sim" selection.  Now the game is stuck showing random crowd scenes and crowd noise, no final score, stats, or anything else visible or accessible.  Did this game complete?  Will I have to replay the 52-14 beat down I just laid on the redskins?
