@lilbilly50 did you manage to contact EA Help directly (e.g. by live chat or phone)? I just read a report from another player that his/her ban should have been lifted in the last two days. not sure how EA deals with bans, i.e. whether they are treated automatically or need manual inputs, but in any case I would try to contact them directly (emails will probably hide in a long list of requests, complaints, etc. and it will probably take some time to process them all).

- @lilbilly50 sorry, forgot to copy the contact details in. on the website (see below) there should be an option to select your prefered way of contacting the EA Help team. using twitter, you might send them a direct message (but frankly, I'm not used to use twitter myself, so I'm not exactly sure whether a tweet or a direct message is the better way...).
