New Item Glitch

HI, just sharing a problem to see if anyone knows a solution.

Playing MUT on xbox one, just received one of the free super collectibles they give you each day. It is supposed to pop up on a new item screen however it is stuck rotating between that screen and the regular MUT screen. Tried resetting my game and xbox but neither work. Does anyone have any solutions?

    Same issue, if u spam back button u take control but this glitch prevents u from bidding or posting to ah. It will also kick me out of server, anyone have a fix?

    Nope nothing yet, currently playing connected franchise until i can find a solution, worst part is that it is literally on the day of the Super Bowl

    This is ridiculous, does anyone in EA know about this glitch, it is really annoying.

    Don't try to get help from Xbox if you play on that system I tried everything they said still no luck my last resort is I uninstalled the game it is currently reinstalling I will let you know of it work ls

    Having the same problem...Lamarr Woodley legend challenge though. Tried restarting both Xbox and game.
