New phone transfer

I just got a new phone. How do I transfer my team and league to it? I worked hard on it and don't wanna start over again.

Isn't there a log-in possibility? I am sure that there must be some sort of an account where your progress has been noted.

Just login to facebook on the old phone, then login to it after getting the new phone. Team should be there then.
