Next gen coin and ultimate edition transfer PLEASE HELP

I bought the ultimate edtion for the 360 and have recently got the next gen console with madden 15 as well, I no longer own madden 15 for the 360 or even the 360 console itself. I ha just under 100k on it along with my gamestop bundle weekly packs along with my utimate edition packs. Will I be getting these ? because you were able to transfer coins in mut 25.
