Is the blitz store still accessable on ps3? It gives an error when loading the ea terms and conditions then exits out.

Yes, I moved it.
I don't see that our online services site has Madden Blitz inactive, but I have a feeling it wasn't updated on there and that the servers are actually down. There are newer titles than this one with servers shut down. I want to confirm before making an assumption, but I'm confident this is the reason why you can't get into the store.
